Olympus introduced its seven new cameras including the PEN series and a high-end compact cameras in the prestigious 2011 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
The new Olympus new cameras are series SP-610Z, XZ-1, E-PL2, VG-130 , VR-310, TG-310 and TG-610.
Olympus SP-610Z is a SP series that has powerful and versatile ultra zoom compacts packed in the latest technologies. It has 22x (28mm-616mm) optical zoom and the Eye-Fi card compatible allow you to automatically upload pictures as well as movies wirelessly to your computer or website. Its price around £170
Olympus XZ-1 is pocket-sized compact cameras PEN series with Micro Four Thirds camera revolution. It offers clear pictures even in low light to SLR standards and suitable for beginners. Its prices around £399.
Olympus E-PL2 is the new lightweight camera and compact Olympus PEN E-PL2 with professional SLR quality. Its prices around £500
Olympus VG-130 offers high value compacts and packed in latest high quality technology, crisp clear images and movies. Its prices around £99.99
Olympus VR-310 appear as super slim, lightweight and high quality pictures and movies but the price remains affordable. Its price around £130.
Olympus TG-310 and TG-610 is TOUGH series which offers waterproof, shockproof and freezeproof. The camera has 14 Megapixel 3D and also equipped Eye-Fi card compatibility. The camera also can be charged via USB. Its prices around £200 for TG-310 and £250 for TG-610.
